What Affordable, Quiet PSU, Fans, and CPU Cooler Should I Choose for a Future RTX 5070 Upgrade?

I'm looking for reasonably priced components that will keep my PC quiet, particularly a power supply, case fans, and a CPU cooler. I currently have an Intel Core i5-14600KF, an RTX 4060, a DeepCool AG620, and five Arctic F12 fans. In the future, I'd like to upgrade to an RTX 5070 for 1440p gaming, so I also want advice on the appropriate PSU capacity and whether my current cooling setup is sufficient. My current build includes an MSI PRO B760M-A WIFI DDR4 motherboard, 32GB of DDR4-3200 memory, a 1TB hard drive, a Kingston A400 240GB SATA SSD, an ADATA XPG 1TB NVMe SSD, and a Patriot P210 SATA SSD. The current PSU is a DeepCool PF700.

For a value-oriented PSU, the SAMA G750 could be worth considering if it’s available in your area. For the fans, a five-pack of Thermalright C12C fans may offer better value than Arctic F12 fans, which are fairly basic and aren’t especially impressive for noise or airflow. The AG620 should be capable of cooling the 14600KF, although a quiet fan curve and good case airflow will matter just as much as the cooler itself.

SAMA is available locally and looks like a strong value option. I’m also comparing the SAMA P1000 and 1stPlayer NGDP 1000W models since they’re nearly the same price, with the latter costing only about ten dollars more.
