Yes, the installation was probably corrupted when the computer lost power during the black-screen phase. Create a Windows 11 installation USB using another working computer, boot from it, and perform a clean installation. During setup, delete the existing Windows partitions on the target drive only, then install to the unallocated space. Make sure any important files are backed up first. If the installation still freezes after using fresh media, check the SSD, memory, power connections, and BIOS settings for hardware problems.
