For 4K gaming, this would be a huge upgrade over the RTX 3080 system. A 5080-class card should handle 4K at very high settings, but maximum ray tracing will not guarantee 100 FPS in every game. You may need DLSS or frame generation in the heaviest titles, and performance will vary by game. Also confirm whether the GPU really has 16GB of VRAM, since the listing appears to contain a typo.
The price is so far below the apparent value that you should treat it as a potential scam until you physically verify everything. An RTX 5080, high-end DDR5 kit, motherboard, and power supply could already be worth more than the asking price on their own. Do not rely only on screenshots or a parts list: inspect the machine, confirm the exact GPU and memory capacities, check the serial numbers and documentation, boot it, and run stress tests before handing over money.
The i9-14900KF is extremely fast, but it runs hot and can consume a lot of power. A generic description like “double mount” is not enough—find out the exact cooler model and make sure it is a serious 360mm liquid cooler or similarly capable solution. Update the motherboard BIOS and use Intel-safe power limits, since early 13th- and 14th-generation desktop CPUs had stability concerns on some boards.
It should be very capable for virtualization, especially with 24 cores and plenty of RAM, but 48GB may become restrictive if you run several large virtual machines while gaming or doing other work. Check that virtualization support is enabled in the BIOS and that the motherboard has the storage and networking features you need. If your workloads are heavy, moving to 64GB or 96GB later would give you more breathing room.
