You'll likely go through a three-month onboarding period. During this time, expect to participate in some kind of check ride or assessment to verify your job readiness, especially if you're going to be working directly with customers. It's also a great opportunity to get certifications, set goals with your manager, meet colleagues related to your role, familiarize yourself with internal tools, and shadow calls with more experienced team members.
