Can you help optimize my first gaming PC build on a tight budget?

I'm putting together my first gaming PC for both work and gaming, and I'm trying to get the best price-to-performance balance without exceeding my limited budget. I have a basic to intermediate understanding of PC components, but I'm not an expert, so I'd appreciate feedback on compatibility, unnecessary parts, and possible upgrades.

I'm especially unsure whether I should spend more on the graphics card, whether an all-in-one cooler and extra fan hub are worthwhile, and whether my current monitor choice makes sense. My plan is to build the PC first and buy a better 1440p monitor later as a second display. For now, a 1080p monitor with high graphics settings is perfectly acceptable.

What changes would you suggest while keeping the total cost as low as possible?

If you can stretch the budget, putting the extra money toward a stronger graphics card such as the RX 9070 GRE would likely improve gaming performance more than spending on premium cooling or additional accessories. The rest of the component choices can be adjusted around what your budget allows.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll compare the prices and see whether I can make room for the stronger GPU.

The included 21.5-inch monitor is likely to feel limiting, especially since the PC should be capable of driving a higher-resolution display. If possible, a 1440p monitor with a refresh rate above 100 Hz would be a much better long-term choice, even if you choose a budget brand.

I understand the concern, but I’m planning to buy the PC first and add a better monitor later. For now, 1080p with high settings is enough for me, and the current display can become a second monitor.

You can probably save money by choosing a reasonably priced case that already includes fans and using a €30–40 tower air cooler. An AIO cooler and separate fan hub don’t seem necessary for this build, and those savings could go toward the graphics card. A compatibility and price-comparison tool such as the German PCPartPicker site would also help check the parts list and find better deals.
