I'm not sure which iPad model I have, but I can't open any apps or get it to restart. It has neither a Home button nor Face ID, and Siri isn't enabled. I've been waiting for the battery to die, but it has only dropped about 1% in half an hour. Is there another way to force-restart it?

For an iPad without a Home button, press and quickly release the volume button closest to the top button, then press and quickly release the other volume button. Immediately press and hold the top button until the Apple logo appears. Keep holding it for around 10–20 seconds, even if nothing happens right away.
I tried to force-restart it, but it still isn’t responding.
