Is anyone else seeing problems with Microsoft 365? SharePoint home pages load, but files won't open or appear, and OneDrive is showing similar errors. Some users also can't access Exchange Online through Outlook on the web or the native iOS Mail app, while others have no issues at all. The reports seem concentrated in the Central and East US regions, including some government tenants, although there are reports from other locations too. Is this a confirmed service degradation or something local?

We’ve been seeing intermittent problems for several hours. Some users can’t access mail through either Outlook on the web or iOS Mail, while others are completely unaffected. There’s now an incident posted in the admin center regarding Exchange Online access through the native iOS app.
It looks like a gradual service degradation rather than a total outage. Some regions, including parts of Canada and New Zealand, are reporting no problems, while several US and government tenants are affected.
SharePoint started failing for us near the end of the day. File links return errors or show a broken cloud icon, but the same documents can still be opened through the desktop applications. OneDrive is showing similar behavior, so it doesn’t look limited to a single SharePoint site.
We’re seeing the same issue on a government tenant, including problems loading Office files for viewing or editing. I’ve ruled out the usual internal causes, and it looks like a broader service problem rather than a local network issue.
Same situation here on another government tenant. Other tenant types appear to be working normally for us.

The incident appears to be affecting only certain tenants and regions so far, which would explain why some users are fine.
