I recently did a factory reset on my Windows 10 PC, and now when I boot it up, all I see is a black screen with just the cursor. I don't know what to do to fix this issue. Can anyone help?

You're definitely not alone in this; many people have issues with factory resets. If your system is still non-functional, a clean install is really your only option. Just remember, you'll need to use a different PC to create that installation media, as it sounds like yours is stuck. That should get things back on track!
It sounds frustrating! Factory resets can be hit or miss. A clean install might be your best option, but you'll need to create a bootable USB with installation media from another computer. Make sure to back up any important files first, as a fresh install will wipe everything. If you're not sure how to do that, I found a great guide that can help you out!
What if I can't do a fresh install because it keeps asking for a password? I thought I reset everything!
Yeah, I had the same issue at first! Just make sure you have a bootable USB ready—it's usually super straightforward once you get that part done.
So just to clarify, I have to make the USB on another computer and then use it to boot up mine?
