If you specifically want a full power-on without using a phone, wireless PC power-button kits are available. The easiest option is usually to leave the PC in sleep mode instead of fully shutting it down. A compatible Bluetooth keyboard or mouse can wake it, although support depends on the motherboard, adapter, and BIOS settings. Check for options related to USB or Bluetooth wake and make sure Windows allows the device to wake the computer.
Another practical setup is a smart plug combined with a BIOS option such as ‘Restore AC Power’ or ‘Power On After Power Loss.’ Turning on the plug then boots the PC automatically. It works well with a voice assistant or physical remote, but you should shut Windows down normally before cutting power and avoid using the plug as the regular shutdown method.
Wake-on-LAN can turn the PC on from a powered-off or sleeping state if your motherboard and network adapter support it. Enable it in the BIOS and in Windows, but the usual way to send the wake command is through another device such as a phone, router, or home automation system.
