I manage a client's Microsoft 365 business licenses and need to give them a reliable estimate of the upcoming renewal cost. I can find previous invoices in the admin portal, but I cannot find a clear per-license renewal price or a pro-forma invoice. Guidance suggesting that I disable automatic renewal has not helped, and it seems risky to leave billing open-ended just to discover the price. Is there a way to view the expected renewal cost directly in the Microsoft 365 admin portal?

The billing and invoice area in the Microsoft 365 admin center is the first place to check. It shows your existing invoices and the products currently assigned, although the renewal pricing may not be displayed as a separate estimate.
For existing subscriptions, the portal does show the listed price per license, but it does not necessarily provide a proper renewal or pro-forma invoice. In practice, you may need to review the subscription details and compare them with the current invoice rather than relying on a dedicated renewal quote.
One workaround is to turn off recurring billing temporarily and wait for the portal to refresh. After a short delay, the subscription page may show the price per unit. Be aware that the displayed amount may exclude taxes, and annual billing may no longer include a discount compared with paying monthly.

That is the problem I’m running into—the current invoice is easy to find, but the actual renewal price per license is not clearly shown.
