I'm choosing between an EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 for $350, an RTX 3080 Suprim X for $375, and an RTX 3080 Ti AMP Holo for $440. Which one offers the best value and longevity?

Your gaming resolution matters here. At higher resolutions, the extra VRAM on the 3080 Ti becomes more useful, but $440 is a fairly big jump from $350. If either of the RTX 3080 cards is actually a 12GB model, I’d strongly consider that version instead of the standard 10GB card.

The RTX 3080 Ti at $440 sounds like the strongest option, especially if you plan to keep it for several years. It’s roughly 11% faster than the standard 3080 and has 11GB of VRAM instead of 10GB. The extra memory can help in newer games at maximum settings, where a 10GB card may occasionally require lowered textures or other compromises.

I’d rank the 3080 Ti first, but I’d try to keep the price closer to $400. For the listed prices, the Suprim X at $375 is probably the middle-ground choice. I’d favor either the Ti or a 12GB 3080 over a regular 10GB model, while the EVGA card doesn’t offer enough of an advantage to clearly beat the others.
