What kind of gaming and Blender PC can I build for €3,500?

This would be my first PC build, and I'm based in Italy. I have about €3,500 to spend on the computer itself, not including a monitor or other peripherals. My main goals are high-end gaming and learning Blender. I'd like to play demanding games such as Dead by Daylight, Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO, upcoming releases, and occasionally some competitive FPS games. Ideally, the system should handle 1440p extremely well and be capable of 4K gaming where practical. I'm new to hardware and would appreciate advice on how to balance the components. I'm also a Blender beginner, currently experimenting with imported models and character animation. In the future, I may learn 3D modeling and create my own characters, so I'd like the build to leave room for that kind of work.

A strong starting point would be a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, an RTX 5080, 32GB of DDR5 memory, a 2TB NVMe SSD, a quality B650E or X870 motherboard, and a 1000W power supply. That combination would be excellent for 1440p and very capable at 4K, while also giving Blender access to NVIDIA’s useful CUDA and rendering features.

A balanced premium build could use a Ryzen 9 9950X3D, a capable air cooler, an AM5 B850 motherboard, 64GB of DDR5-6000 memory, a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive, an RTX 5080, and a 1,000–1,050W Gold-rated modular PSU. That leaves plenty of performance for gaming while giving Blender more CPU cores and memory for larger scenes. Just compare Italian pricing carefully, since individual component prices can vary a lot between stores.
