The list looks broadly compatible, but you should rebuild it around prices from Turkish retailers if possible. US pricing won’t accurately show what fits your real budget, and some parts may be significantly more or less expensive locally. If your country isn’t available in the parts-list tool, compare each component manually using local stores.
I’d change a few parts before buying. Use two matching memory sticks rather than one 16 GB module; 2x16 GB DDR5-6000 is a much better setup for gaming and general use. The 360 mm liquid cooler is also unnecessary for a Ryzen 5 9600X unless you mainly want the appearance—an inexpensive tower air cooler should be sufficient. Put the saved money toward 32 GB of RAM, a better-known SSD if the price difference is small, or a larger power supply if recommended by the graphics-card manufacturer. A 240 Hz 1440p monitor isn’t automatically overkill, but you’ll only approach 240 frames per second in lighter competitive games. For demanding games, a 165–180 Hz display may offer better value, while the RX 9070 XT should still make good use of a high-refresh 1440p monitor.
