This list isn't bad at all. It should serve you well, but if you’re aiming for $1600, there are definitely better ways to allocate your budget. I even whipped up a different list that totals around $1495, and it includes higher-performing components like the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and a solid 32GB RAM setup. Check it out if you're interested!
Also, consider a different PSU for better wattage and quiet performance without spending too much. Vetroo and Montech make great options!
One thing to note is that we can't really compare your build unless we know the specs of your old rig from 2019. But if your previous setup was pretty outdated, then yes, this new build is a significant upgrade! Just make sure to tweak a few parts where you can for the best performance.
