A normal restart has already been tried several times, so this probably isn’t something fixed by simply rebooting. Since the same key fails outside the game, test it in the Windows on-screen keyboard or BIOS/Lenovo hardware diagnostics. If the left arrow still doesn’t register there, the built-in keyboard likely has a hardware or contact problem. An external USB keyboard can help confirm that, while reinstalling the Lenovo keyboard driver may help if the key works in diagnostics but not in Windows.
