The Windows 11 search bar stays stuck on the loading screen and never becomes usable. I've already tried several fixes without success. Has anyone found a reliable way to get Search working again, preferably without creating a new Windows user account?

Open Task Manager, find Windows Explorer, right-click it, and choose Restart. This reloads the Windows shell and can clear a search bar that’s stuck loading.
If creating a new Windows user makes Search work, the issue is probably limited to the original user profile rather than Windows itself. You may need to repair or recreate that profile, while keeping your files and settings backed up first.

I tried restarting Windows Explorer, but unfortunately it didn’t fix the problem.
