My keyboard's 1 key used to work normally, but now pressing it only produces ! and never types the number 1. The key works correctly in Windows Safe Mode, so I suspect some software is intercepting or remapping it. I'm using Windows with a Razer keyboard, and the keyboard has an Fn key. I already disabled the startup items I could find in Task Manager. Has anyone encountered this or know what else I should check?

Try testing the key with Fn held down, and also check whether another keyboard behaves the same way. If a second keyboard also types only !, the issue is definitely software-related. Look through Task Manager’s startup list and running processes for anything unfamiliar, not just the entries that launch automatically.
Since the key works in Safe Mode, the keyboard itself is probably fine and a program loaded during normal startup is capturing the input. Check keyboard utilities and remapping tools, especially Razer Synapse or PowerToys, for a custom mapping on the 1 key. Reset any profiles or key assignments you find.
