Persistent BSODs Continue After BIOS Updates, Driver Changes, and Windows Reset

I bought this PC last October, but a few months ago it began experiencing recurring blue screens. Disabling XMP, updating drivers, resetting Windows, and updating the BIOS seemed promising at first, but the crashes returned after about three weeks. The latest stop code was SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, and a minidump was provided for analysis.

The system has an Intel Core i9-14900KF, MSI GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB, MSI PRO Z790-P WIFI motherboard, 32GB TeamGroup T-Force Delta RGB DDR5-6400 memory, a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, a 360mm liquid cooler, and a 750W 80+ Gold power supply. Could this be a hardware problem, particularly CPU degradation, and what should I test next?
