My child changed the screen-lock PIN on our Samsung Galaxy S21 and no one remembers the new code. The phone has parental-control software installed, but it does not offer a remote-unlock feature. There is no backup, and we are trying to preserve the photos, videos, and other files on the device. I have access to the associated Samsung and Google accounts and a Windows PC with a USB cable. Is there any legitimate method using account recovery, ADB, Samsung software, or another official tool to regain access without factory-resetting the phone and deleting its data?

If the PIN was changed very recently, check the lock screen for an option to use the previous PIN or lock method. Some newer Samsung software versions provide a short grace period for this. If that option is not shown, the remaining official recovery path is usually a factory reset, followed by signing in with the previously linked Samsung or Google account.
Removing the phone from a Google or Samsung account does not unlock it or preserve the encrypted data. Account access may help verify ownership after a reset, but it cannot replace the screen PIN or decrypt the existing files.
Unfortunately, there generally isn't a legitimate way to remove or bypass a current PIN on a Galaxy S21 without wiping the phone. Modern Samsung devices encrypt their internal storage, and ADB, USB utilities, and account tools normally cannot access the data or disable the lock screen while the phone is locked. Be very cautious with PC programs claiming they can unlock it without data loss.
Repeatedly entering guesses will not normally make the phone reveal a Google-password unlock option. After several failed attempts, it typically just imposes a short waiting period, and continuing to guess could make recovery more difficult.
