I installed House Flipper through Steam on a fresh setup, but clicking Play doesn't load the game at all. I'm using Linux Mint and haven't tested any other games yet. Are there any troubleshooting steps I should try, and could this be related to Proton or my system configuration?

Since this is a fresh installation, first check whether another Steam game launches normally. If other games work, try changing House Flipper’s compatibility tool in Steam’s Properties menu and launch it with a supported Proton version. It would also help to check for any error message, along with your Linux Mint version and hardware details, since those can point to a compatibility problem.
It’s a fresh install, and I haven’t tried launching any other games yet. I’ll test another game and check the Proton settings.
