Hey everyone! I've got a second-hand Redmi 9 and recently updated to MIUI 12. The problem is, the WiFi signal on this phone is really awful, even when I'm right next to the router. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue. Has anyone experienced something similar or does anyone know how to improve my WiFi reception? I could really use some help!

It sounds like you're having a tough time with your WiFi! Have you tried resetting your network settings on the phone? Sometimes that can help fix connectivity issues. Just go to Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset, and give it a go!
Yeah, unfortunately, sometimes these budget phones can have weaker antennas. Try moving to a different spot in your house or check if other devices have the same issue to rule out the router.
Also, make sure your router's firmware is up to date. That can make a difference too!
