Why is my new RTX 5060 Ti lagging but runs fine in games?

I recently upgraded to a GIGABYTE WindForce GeForce RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB of memory, and I've been facing some frustrating issues. After uninstalling my old drivers and installing the new graphics card, everything worked great at first. However, after I installed the latest drivers, I started experiencing blue screens of death (BSOD), lag, and freezing. I don't think it's my power supply because I have a P650G from Gigabyte, which should be adequate, and my motherboard is also a Gigabyte model (B760 DS3H AC). What's weird is that the GPU performs excellently in Counter-Strike 2, hitting over 250 fps with no issues, but as soon as I'm on my desktop or using Firefox, it struggles. Could this be a driver problem rather than a hardware one?

Have you tried reinstalling your drivers through the NVIDIA application? Sometimes a clean installation can help resolve underlying issues that aren’t obvious.

I did that twice already, but unfortunately, it didn't help.

If you’re still having issues, consider rolling back to older drivers, maybe even to the ones from December. Just to clarify, you actually have the 5060 Ti, right? Your post mentioned 3060 Ti, which is a bit confusing.

Sorry for the mix-up, I meant to say 5060 Ti!
