For the games you listed, the RX 9060 XT 16GB should handle 3440×1440 well, especially at medium-to-high settings. You probably won't be able to max out every demanding modern game, and heavy ray tracing may require compromises, but your current game list shouldn't be a problem.
The exact resolution matters. A 3440×1440 ultrawide has considerably more pixels than standard 2560×1440, so the card has less headroom for newer, demanding games. For your current titles, though, it should be perfectly usable, and features such as FSR can help maintain high frame rates when needed.
If the RX 9070 is only around 30% more expensive where you live, it would offer roughly 50–60% more performance and provide substantially more headroom for newer games.
