Hey everyone! It's been five years since I sold my last gaming desktop, and I'm finally ready to build a new one. Here's my planned setup: I'm considering an AMD Ryzen 7 7700 processor, a be quiet! CPU cooler, a Gigabyte motherboard, 32 GB of fast DDR5 RAM, a 2 TB Samsung SSD, and a Gigabyte Radeon RX 7900 XT video card. My total comes to around $1940. I'm a bit concerned that my GPU might be overkill for the CPU, plus I'm nearly at my budget limit, so I'm torn about whether to stick with the stock cooler. What do you all think? Also, what monitor should I get to make the most of this setup? Thanks for your help!

You might want to consider switching to a B850 motherboard and maybe going for the 990 Evo Plus SSD instead, as it's a bit cheaper but similar in performance. For your GPU, even a 6700 or 6900 might provide a better price-to-performance ratio. With this build, a 1440p 165Hz monitor would suit you just fine.
I'd suggest looking at a 1440p monitor that can handle 144Hz. That should give you a great balance between visuals and performance for your setup.
The 6700 or 6900 are great alternatives! Plus, if you're seeing the 9070XT for around 730€, that could be a smart way to save some cash while still enjoying solid performance.
