The important distinction is whether you plan to overclock or manually tune the memory. Enthusiasts may care about the specific Hynix or Micron ICs, but for a straightforward EXPO setup, DDR5-6000 CL30 from a known vendor is already a strong target. You don’t need to pay a huge premium for an enthusiast kit.
One correction to some advice going around: standard desktop RAM uses volatile DRAM for its actual memory cells, not NAND flash. A stick may include a small EEPROM/SPD chip that stores information such as capacity and EXPO timings, but NAND is not what makes a RAM kit faster or safer.
