I'm trying to install the Sikarugir cask with Homebrew on macOS, but the installation fails when Homebrew attempts to create ~/Applications/Sikarugir. The error says that creating /Users/(user)/Applications is not permitted. I also tried creating a test directory there, but received a "No such file or directory" message. What should I check or change to fix the permissions and complete the installation?
