What Linux distros offer more attractive designs?

I'm transitioning from Windows 10 to Linux and I've always loved the visual style of Windows 7. I'm considering using Linux Mint because it has a user interface that's similar to Windows, but I'm not really a fan of its plain design and flat colors—it lacks that dynamic feeling I enjoy. Are there any Linux distributions that provide a more visually appealing experience, similar to the design flair of Windows 7?

If you're after something really eye-catching from the get-go, check out Garuda's Dragonized edition! It's definitely not to everyone's taste, but they've cranked the visuals way up, so it might be right up your alley.

You can actually install multiple desktop environments and switch between them at login! Aside from Cinnamon, KDE might be your best bet for a Windows-like experience. I used Mint with KDE for a bit and liked it a lot.
