I'm helping my son upgrade his gaming PC with birthday money and would like to do it in stages rather than replace everything at once. The current system has a B450M Pro-M2 Max motherboard, Ryzen 5 3400G, GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB, and a recently purchased ASRock Pro 750G power supply that hasn't been installed yet. I'm considering the CPU, motherboard, GPU, and possibly RAM, but I'm unsure which component should come first or how much the current CPU might limit a newer graphics card.
