I have an HP EliteBook 850 running Windows 11, but Wi-Fi and Bluetooth refuse to work at the same time. Enabling Wi-Fi causes Bluetooth to stop working, while enabling Bluetooth either disconnects Wi-Fi or turns it off completely. I have already installed the latest Windows updates and updated the network drivers, but the issue existed before and after those updates. Could this be caused by a driver conflict, BIOS setting, or power-management option?

Check the Windows event logs while switching Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on and off. The entries around the time of the failure may identify whether a driver is crashing, the wireless adapter is resetting, or a power-management setting is disabling one of the radios.
