Hey everyone! I'm a small content creator, and I recently picked up a Blue Snowball mic from a thrift store for about $15. Unfortunately, when I tried using it, I couldn't get it to work on my personal PC or my brother's old PC. I checked Audacity on both systems, but nothing happened. Has anyone encountered this issue or know how to fix it? Any advice would be appreciated!

It's possible that the mic itself could be broken. Sometimes thrift store finds don't always work as expected. Have you tried testing with another computer or device to see if it picks up any sound at all?
One thing to check is Device Manager. Open it up and see if the mic shows up when you plug it in. That might give you a clue whether your computer recognizes it or not.
You might have a compatibility issue with the USB ports from before it was bought, especially since pre-Logitech Blue mics tend to have weak ports. When you plug it in, do you hear any connection sounds from your PC?
