The 9070 XT should pair well with the 9600X, though an X3D processor could help in CPU-heavy games if it fits your budget. I’d prioritize a good 1440p high-refresh monitor for the best overall gaming experience, or choose 4K if you’re happy with around 60 FPS and upscaling. AMD is also weaker than Nvidia for heavy path tracing, so that may affect your GPU choice.

At 4K, expect to use FSR in demanding games and avoid assuming that every title will run maxed out at high refresh rates. Rasterized games should generally be fine around 60 FPS, while ray tracing and especially path tracing can reduce performance substantially.
