I'm a bit confused about memory frequencies. Specifically, for the Intel i9-14900k processor, should I go with 6000MHz memory or consider something different? I'm not interested in overclocking; I just want to ensure stability. I have a Z790 AORUS PRO motherboard, which claims it can support memory speeds of up to 8266MHz!

I recently bought a 13900KS and I'm running it with 7200MHz low latency RAM. So far, no issues at all! But I’d suggest looking into other options for the i9-14900k. Personally, I grabbed my CPU at a bargain price, and while it’s super powerful, I think for most users, high-end CPUs like this might be a bit overkill. Just make sure to choose components that fit your use-case well!

The Intel i9-14900k officially supports RAM up to 5600MHz. Anything over that is essentially overclocking. 6000MHz is considered a good balance—often referred to as the 'sweet spot'—but with this CPU, you could push it to 7200MHz if you're feeling adventurous. Just keep in mind that higher MHz with tighter CAS latency (CL) is the goal. Honestly, if you’re aiming for stability and don't plan to overclock, 6000MHz is a solid choice! By the way, what are you planning to use this setup for?
