ASUS TUF Gaming B650E or Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite for a Ryzen 7 7800X3D?

I found ATX versions of the ASUS TUF Gaming B650E and Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite at heavily discounted prices. The Gigabyte board costs about $15 more, and I'm planning to pair either one with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D. For a gaming build, is there a clear winner, or does it mostly come down to features and personal preference? I'm new to PC building and need to decide soon. I initially ordered the ASUS board, but then noticed it wasn't sold through the platform's official mall program—it was listed by a seller called Luminous Japan. The Gigabyte board is available through the safer official seller channel, so I'm considering canceling the ASUS order and choosing the Aorus instead.

For only a $15 difference, I’d choose the Gigabyte. The Aorus board appears to have stronger VRMs and a few additional USB ports, although neither motherboard should provide a noticeable gaming-performance advantage with a 7800X3D. The official mall listing also makes it the less risky purchase.

I’d lean toward the Gigabyte in this situation. The small price premium is reasonable, and buying from a verified seller is more important than a minor feature difference. Just make sure the exact board has the M.2 slots, Wi-Fi, rear USB layout, and other features you want before canceling the ASUS order.
