How can I get 60+ FPS in Black Myth: Wukong?

I'm having trouble getting stable performance in Black Myth: Wukong. My frame rate seems to be stuck around 50 FPS, and I'd like to reach 60 FPS or higher if possible. My PC has a Ryzen 5 5500 at 3.6 GHz, an RX 6700 XT with 12 GB of VRAM, and a 1 TB PCIe 3.0 M.2 SSD. I'm currently playing at 1080p, but I'm also wondering whether 1440p would be realistic with the right settings.

What resolution are you using? That makes a big difference. At 1080p, your hardware should have a reasonable chance of reaching 60 FPS with optimized settings. 1440p may also be possible if you use FSR and lower the more demanding options, but native 1440p will be harder to run consistently.

I’m using 1080p fullscreen right now. Do you think 1440p is still possible with FSR enabled?

Try enabling FSR and lowering the shadow quality first. Black Myth: Wukong is quite demanding, and shadows can have a noticeable performance cost. You can also reduce volumetric effects and foliage quality if you still need more FPS. Keep textures fairly high since the 6700 XT has enough VRAM for them.
