I bought a CyberPowerPC prebuilt with an Intel Core Ultra 5 225F, RTX 5060, 32GB of DDR5 memory, and a 600W 80+ Gold power supply. My system uses a micro-ATX ASUS motherboard inside an ATX case, and the estimated total power draw is around 395W.
I mainly play Overwatch, The Finals, Battlefield 6, Quake Champions, and RuneScape 3 at 1440p on a 240Hz OLED monitor. In Battlefield 6, I am running out of VRAM even with low texture settings, and The Finals also requires reduced textures. I currently get roughly 150 FPS in Battlefield 6 with DLSS Performance and 2x frame generation, and around 200 FPS in The Finals with similar settings.
Would it make more sense to keep the 600W power supply and upgrade to an RTX 5070, replace the card with an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, or wait for a possible future refresh with more VRAM? I am mainly looking for better raw performance and enough VRAM to avoid lowering texture quality.

Your 600W Gold unit will probably be adequate for an RTX 5070 if it is a decent-quality model and has the proper power connector. The estimated system draw is still well below the PSU's capacity, although you should verify the exact PSU model and the card manufacturer's requirements before buying. You likely do not need to replace the motherboard or power supply automatically just because you move to a 5070.
Do not put too much weight on rumors about a future Super refresh. Those predictions have circulated for a long time, and high memory prices could delay the cards or make them much more expensive than expected. If your current games are playable, waiting is reasonable, but I would not delay an upgrade solely because an unannounced model might arrive soon.
A future card with more VRAM would be a clearer upgrade path, but there is no reliable launch date or guarantee that it will offer better value than the cards already available.
If VRAM is the main problem, I would avoid spending a lot on another 8GB card. A 16GB model makes more sense, but the 5060 Ti is only a worthwhile upgrade if its price is reasonable; otherwise, its performance may not justify the cost. At current prices, it may be better to keep the RTX 5060 for a while and wait for a genuinely faster 16GB card.
Lowering textures does not always make a dramatic visual difference, but having to manage VRAM constantly is frustrating. I would prioritize 16GB or more rather than paying for a small performance increase.
For competitive games, frame generation can add latency even when the result feels smooth, so it is worth comparing native rendering or regular DLSS separately. That said, if the added latency does not bother you, there is no rule saying you cannot use it. Since you prefer Nvidia's software and image quality, an RTX 5070 is a reasonable choice if you can get one at a sensible price; otherwise, keep the current card and wait for a stronger 16GB option.
I understand the latency tradeoff, but it has felt acceptable in these games. I would still prefer Nvidia, and I am mainly trying to find an upgrade that improves both performance and VRAM without rebuilding the whole system.

The parts list shows roughly 500W with a 5070, so I was unsure whether the compatibility warning meant it would not work. I will check the exact PSU model and connector before deciding.
