I'm trying to set up a way to log my workouts by sending screenshots from my fitness app. The idea is to create a running log where I can track my progress easily. So far, I've managed to send about 30 screenshots, and it's generated a table and a file. However, the next day, when I upload the latest screenshot, it either starts a new table without recognizing past data or gets mixed up with hallucinated information from my previous logs. Is there a way to maintain an ongoing log without me having to re-upload everything manually each day? I have the Plus subscription, so I thought it should be able to handle this better!

Have you checked out some resources on what you're trying to do? I recently posted some tips on managing logs and context in conversations. It might give you a better idea of how to set things up effectively. Here's my post about basic prompting and context management if you're interested!
It sounds like you're running into some limits with how much context the system can remember, even for Plus users. Whenever you upload large amounts of data, it might cut off older parts of the conversation, meaning it can’t see your previous entries. Plus, there are time limits for files used in the chat environment (about 4 hours), which could be part of the issue too.
