You don't really have to worry too much about backing up your drivers. After you reinstall Windows, just run Windows Update, and it should take care of most drivers for you. For specific stuff like your dedicated GPU, go directly to the NVIDIA or AMD site to grab the latest drivers. Just make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection ready to go!
Backing up the drivers isn't really necessary, but if you want to be cautious, PowerShell can help you export them from your current OS. You can run the command 'Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination d:drivers'—just adjust the path as needed. This will give you all the drivers you've currently got, but keep in mind that not all of them might be useful later on.
