Is ScreenConnect experiencing a regional DNS outage?

Our cloud ScreenConnect instance is currently unreachable. It appears to be a DNS problem: some public DNS resolvers return no record for our instance while others resolve it successfully. The issue seems intermittent and may be affecting organizations in different regions or network providers. Is anyone else seeing the same outage, and has there been any official update or reliable workaround?

It looks like a regional or resolver-specific problem rather than a local computer issue. Multiple organizations reported the same DNS errors, sessions dropping unexpectedly, and the cloud portal being unavailable. If access returns, it may still be intermittent for a while.

This appears to be a broader DNS disruption affecting some cloud instances, particularly in parts of the US. Several organizations are reporting that their instances go offline and then come back, while others remain unaffected. The service status page initially showed everything as normal, but an update later acknowledged DNS disruptions and said external network providers were involved.

They eventually updated the status information, although it took quite a while after the outage started.

The outage is not universal. Some instances are working normally, while others are unavailable or repeatedly switching between working and failing. Connectivity can also vary by ISP or network; one organization could connect through a mobile hotspot but not through its business internet connection.
