I recently did an optional update for my PC, and now I'm facing a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) with the message "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA". The only way I can access my PC is through Safe Mode. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

If you can access Safe Mode or even Windows normally, check for crash dump files in C:WindowsMinidump. These files are crucial for diagnosing BSOD errors. Zip them and upload to a file-sharing site—just be careful since Reddit tends to blacklist some hosts. You might want to follow a guide to set up your system for creating Small Memory Dumps if necessary.

What should I do if I can't upload them because there's no internet connection in Safe Mode?

Try using System Restore to revert to a state before the update. Just make sure System Restore was enabled beforehand. If you can access Event Viewer, look for any logs that indicate a faulty device driver. If you find one, you can roll back to an earlier version using Device Manager.
