I've put together a PCPartPicker list but realized I've spent way too much on aesthetics. I'm set on getting an RTX 4070 (please no AMD GPUs!), and I'm looking for advice on what I can replace in my current build to afford it while keeping that all-white look. I'm ordering the parts from a site called "Elitehubs" in India.

You really should consider swapping out that white air cooler you have. Water cooling might look sleek, but it’s mainly for aesthetics and is a bit of a budget killer. Switching to a good white air cooler can save you some cash and still look great!
Totally get wanting your PC to look nice, but sometimes function over form works better for your wallet!
I noticed you’re looking at a 4060 right now, but you want a 4070. Just be aware that both Nvidia and AMD have new series coming out, which could affect prices. Also, spending $550 on a 4060 seems way over the top for what you’re getting!
Yeah, I get that! The pricing difference is crazy in some areas. In my country, the standard 4070 is priced like a 4070 Ti, so I feel you.
For real, you could also save by skipping the Windows purchase; you can often find great deals on keys or just go for Linux if you're comfortable with it!
