I'm close to having my full PC-building budget saved, but I don't have it all yet. I could probably buy the Radeon 9070 XT and a single 16GB DDR5 stick now, though I'm unsure whether prices—especially RAM—might rise or stock might disappear before the end of November. Would it be smarter to wait and buy the case, power supply, SSD, CPU, and remaining parts during Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions, or should I start purchasing components as soon as possible?

Try to purchase the main components around the same time. If you buy something too early and it turns out to be defective, you may discover it after the retailer’s return window has closed. Also, a single 16GB DDR5 stick usually means running in single-channel mode, so a matched 2x16GB kit would generally be preferable.
There’s no guarantee that waiting will lower prices, but component prices can also change quickly. If you need a part immediately, buy it when you find a genuinely good price; otherwise, keep saving and wait until you can assemble and test the whole system within the return period.
If your current computer works, waiting until the sales are closer is reasonable. Black Friday discounts aren’t always dramatic, but you’ll have a better chance of finding a deal when you’re ready to buy everything.

That makes sense. My main concern is whether RAM is more likely to become expensive or simply sell out while I’m waiting, since I don’t have the complete budget yet.
