What phones are smaller than the Galaxy S26 but still feel like flagships?

I'm looking for the smallest smartphone I can get without giving up too much flagship performance. A strong camera, a 90Hz-or-higher OLED display, a capable processor, and solid battery life are all important to me. The Galaxy S26 seems like a good balance, but are there any even smaller phones with comparable specifications?

A compact foldable such as a Galaxy Z Flip could be an option because it becomes much shorter when closed. Just keep in mind that folded dimensions don’t make it a small traditional phone, and you’ll usually compromise on camera quality, battery life, durability, or price.

There aren’t many truly small phones left with top-tier cameras and performance. The standard iPhone Pro, standard Pixel Pro, and Galaxy S-series models are probably among the smallest current flagship options. The larger Chinese flagships generally don’t meet the compact-size requirement.

The Galaxy S25 or even the S24 could be worth considering. They’re compact flagships with similar strengths, though they aren’t meaningfully smaller than the S26.

The Zenfone 10 is probably the closest match if size is the top priority. It has a compact body, a high-refresh-rate OLED screen, and good performance, but its camera system and software-support period are a step behind Samsung’s current flagships.
