I received an ONN headset for my birthday yesterday, but I haven't been able to connect it to the included USB dongle after trying for several hours. The headset remains stuck in pairing mode. It connects normally over Bluetooth, but it won't connect to the USB adapter. I've already tried different USB ports and confirmed that my system is fully updated. What else should I check?

First confirm the exact headset model and what type of dongle it is. Some headsets are Bluetooth-only, while others use a dedicated wireless adapter.
