I'm currently using Xcitium for antivirus and other services, but I'm considering a switch due to their recent price hike and unfulfilled promises about features they claimed to offer during onboarding. I'm on the lookout for new antivirus, MDM (Mobile Device Management), and remote support software that would better meet our needs. We primarily operate in a Windows environment, with some iOS and Android devices for MDM. What solutions are you all using, and would you recommend any of them?

I'm currently on Microsoft Intune for MDM, Microsoft Defender for antivirus, and AnyDesk for remote support. I’m also thinking about trying RustDesk.

I’m a big fan of Microsoft Defender combined with Intune for MDM. For remote support, we use ScreenConnect, which works pretty well!

For antivirus, I like NinjaOne and Crowdstrike along with WorkspaceOne for MDM. They serve us well!

For Macs, I'd say JAMF is unbeatable, and Mosyle is another solid option, though it has its quirks. For a Windows setup, you might want to consider using Microsoft's Intune alongside Microsoft Defender and other features of the Microsoft ecosystem like Azure. If you're also using Office 365, it can be extremely powerful. Ninja One and Google Workspace might be interesting alternatives as well!

I've had good experiences with Mosyle, but there are definitely some oddities with their proprietary systems.

We've been using Sophos Intercept X with XDR and MTR for antivirus, and it's been fantastic for us – really robust. For MDM, we go with Manage Engine and use TeamViewer for remote support, although I am considering a change from TeamViewer soon.

Since we're fully in the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure and Intune are our go-tos along with Windows Defender for antivirus. For remote support, we rely on Splashtop.
