Wi-Fi Works on One Device but Other Devices Have No Internet

My Wi-Fi suddenly stopped providing internet access on most of my devices. One OPPO phone still connects successfully, but my Realme phone and PC connect to the Wi-Fi without working internet. I've already tried changing DNS settings, forgetting and reconnecting to the network, and resetting network settings, but nothing has helped. What should I check next?

This sounds like a DHCP issue, where the router isn’t assigning valid IP addresses to some devices. Restarting the router may clear it, but you may also need to check its DHCP settings.

Unplug the router for about three minutes, plug it back in, and give it another five minutes to reconnect and assign addresses. If that doesn’t help, open the router’s management page using its gateway address, often 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. Check whether the affected devices are paused or blocked, review the logs, and install a firmware update if one is available.

I tried entering the router’s address in a browser, but it just kept loading and never opened the login page.

Since the PC is affected, open Command Prompt and run a few tests. Use `ipconfig` to check the assigned address; an address beginning with 169.254 usually means DHCP failed. Then run `ping 8.8.8.8`. If that works, test `ping www.google.com` as well. If the IP ping works but the domain-name ping fails, the problem is probably DNS. If neither works, the issue is more likely the router, DHCP, or the device’s network configuration.
