Upgraded My GPU, But Now There’s No Display – What Could Be Wrong?

I recently upgraded my graphics card from an RTX 2070 Super to a 5070 Ti and now I'm facing a weird issue. I can access my motherboard BIOS just fine, but I don't get any display when I try to boot up Windows. This is my first time doing a GPU upgrade, so I'm not sure what might be causing this problem. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue when I upgraded. I was using a DisplayPort cable, but when I switched to HDMI, everything worked perfectly. You might want to give that a try!

Yeah, I faced something like this too! I switched to HDMI and then managed to get into the BIOS. It might just be an issue with the cable you're using.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Sometimes, resetting the BIOS can help resolve display issues after a hardware upgrade. Just make sure your GPU is unplugged when you do it.

So, you're seeing the BIOS but nothing after? That's interesting. It could be a driver issue, so double-check that you have the latest drivers for your new GPU.
