Will This Ryzen 7 5800X3D and RX 9070 XT Build Work Well at 3440×1440?

I'm finalizing a high-end red-and-black gaming PC in India and would appreciate a compatibility check before buying the parts. The system will mainly handle demanding simulation and asset-heavy games such as Helldivers 2 and War Thunder on a Samsung 34-inch Odyssey G5 ultrawide running at 3440×1440 and 165Hz.

The planned parts are an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Gigabyte Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC 16GB, ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II, 32GB Patriot Viper Elite II DDR4-3600, Crucial P310 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, Corsair Nautilus 240 RS LCD AIO, MSI MAG A850GL 850W Gold ATX 3.1 power supply, and an MSI MAG Forge 120A Airflow case. I'll reuse my existing keyboard, mouse, headphones, and wired Ethernet setup.

The case supports graphics cards up to 330mm, while the graphics card is listed at 288mm, so GPU length appears safe. I'm mainly concerned about whether the 5800X3D will keep up with the RX 9070 XT at ultrawide resolution, whether a top-mounted 240mm radiator will clear the motherboard's VRM heatsinks and Patriot memory, and whether buying through major online retailers or local computer shops in Chennai would be better value. Any assembly or setup advice would also be welcome.
