Recurring BSODs: “System Thread Exception Not Handled” and “IRQL Not Less or Equal”

For the past few months, my Windows 11 PC has been randomly crashing with errors such as "System Thread Exception Not Handled" and "IRQL Not Less or Equal." The crashes also happen when the system is under light load, such as while playing Counter-Strike or using WorldEdit in Minecraft. Reinstalling Windows fixed the problem for about a week, but the blue screens returned. I've already run sfc /scannow and Windows Memory Diagnostic, and neither reported a problem. My hardware is an Intel i7-11700F, Asus Prime H510M-K motherboard, 32 GB of Samsung DDR4 RAM, an RTX 3060, and a 1 TB Element SSD. I've included the minidump files and can provide more details if needed. What should I investigate next?

The error names alone aren’t enough to identify the faulty driver or component. The minidump files need to be examined with a debugger to see which driver was active when each crash occurred. Since the dump files have now been added, someone can analyze them and give more targeted advice instead of guessing.

I’ve added the minidump archive to the post. Let me know if any other system information is needed.
