It worked normally at first, but after setting up dual-boot Linux, WSL, and the Mumu Android emulator—and possibly disabling Hyper-V features—Windows has started having serious memory and stability problems.
Minecraft with only a few mods crashes with an out-of-memory error. Hearts of Iron IV becomes difficult to run with just a few browser windows open, and the laptop sometimes freezes, shows a black screen, slows down dramatically, or crashes browser tabs when several applications are open. Could WSL, the emulator, Hyper-V settings, or another background process be causing this? What should I check to find the source of the RAM usage?

Start by checking Task Manager while the laptop is idle, with no programs open. Look at memory usage and sort the process list by RAM to see whether Mumu, WSL, or another program is consuming resources in the background. Also check CPU usage, since a process using excessive CPU could point to a broader problem.
Verify the paging file settings under Advanced System Settings > Performance > Advanced > Virtual Memory. It should normally be enabled and set to automatic, preferably on the main SSD. A poorly configured or slow paging file can make the system extremely sluggish when physical memory is nearly full, although it usually would not directly explain every application crash.
If idle memory usage looks unusually high, investigate possible memory leaks and consider temporarily disabling Mumu, WSL, and other startup applications to identify the culprit. A screenshot of Task Manager's memory usage while idle would help narrow it down.
