I accidentally deleted some files while trying to free up space on my PC, and now I'm getting an error message saying that Windows cannot find C:/user/admin/desktop/add.png. I'm also unable to open any images or PDFs, and when I try to launch the Microsoft Store, it only opens for a second before closing. I attempted to reinstall the store using PowerShell, but that hasn't worked either—it just throws up more error messages. Can anyone help me out with this?

It sounds like the best step here might be to reinstall Windows, but I want to caution you that this could cause you to lose some of your files if you choose a full reinstall. It's often the quickest way to fix these issues, but be sure to backup anything important if you can first.
You really need to sort this out quickly since you're using your PC for studying and work. Did you try checking your Recycle Bin to see if you can restore any of the files you deleted? Also, you could consider accessing a friend’s PC to back up your important files before attempting any major changes.
